JOSH'S NOTES - 2022 Flying B Estate
I am super excited about this single vineyard wine. We set out to make the best red wine from the Flying B Estate every year. Deep ruby with shades of violet color. Intense aromatics of lavender, eucalyptus, iodine, wet stone, fresh flowers, and plums - a ton going on! Absolutely a beautiful palate coating the mouth with richness, velvety tannins, and a long finish. Red fruit, pencil shavings, black olive, and more. I could drink this wine all day with how pleasing it is. Drink now through the next 15 years.

JOSH'S NOTES - 2022 The Mac Red Wine
The Mac, named after Drew’s legendary Dad. The wine leads aromatically with black pepper, high toned floral notes, anise, and hints of smoked meat. Cabernet and Syrah are such a perfect complement. Soft but building tannin, and a long finish that leads to more smoked meat and a huckleberry reduction. Tannins are soft but chewy. Great wine for a great cowboy. Drink now through 2035!

JOSH'S NOTES - 2022 Stolen Horse Syrah
This could be my favorite Stolen Horse yet - ultra deep, rich purple. Gobs of lavender, garrigue, fresh plums, and olives erupt from the wine aromatically. Really smells like the landscape in which it was grown and reminiscing of my teenage years working in the Loess Vineyard at Leonetti and the lavender planted at each end row. Ultra silky tannins that are rich and round with black cherry, cigar wrapper notes, and a long finish. Enjoy this wine now through the next 15 years!
