JOSH'S NOTES - 2020 Stolen Horse Syrah
2020 was a fantastic growing season in Walla Walla. Sourced from our own estate sites, along with partner vineyards, this wine showcases a variety of different types of soils, elevations, aspects, and more. A truly complex Walla Walla Valley wine. Leading with smoked meats, blue fruit, blood orange, and raspberry pie, there is a lot going on aromatically! Ultra-plush and silky tannins coat the mouth - reminiscent of some of my favorite St. Joseph. I really love this new Stolen Horse. Drink now through the next 15 years.

JOSH'S NOTES - 2021 Stolen Horse Syrah
Our new Stolen Horse is a stunner. Inky dark color. Aromatics in so many directions - black pepper, hoisin sauce, smoked meat, crushed cranberry, and lavender. Mostly coming from our estate, LeFore Vineyard, 2021 was a warm and dry vintage in Walla Walla. The mouthfeel of this wine is fantastic. Great tannin that is ripe and rich, velvety even with a long finish. Perhaps my new favorite vintage of this wine yet! Drink now through 2038.

JOSH'S NOTES - 2022 Stolen Horse Syrah
This could be my favorite Stolen Horse yet- ultra deep, rich purple. Gobs of lavender, garrigue, fresh plums, and olives erupt from the wine aromatically. Really smells like the landscape in which it was grown and reminiscing of my teenage years working in the Loess Vineyard at Leonetti and the lavender planted at each end row. Ultra silky tannins that are rich and round with black cherry and cigar wrapper notes and a long finish. Enjoy this wine now through the next 15 years!
